Reservation: To confirm your booking, a valid reservation must be made through our official website or by contacting our reservations team. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates.
Advance Payment: A partial advance payment or full pre-payment is required to confirm your booking. The amount will be communicated at the time of booking and can be paid via online payment methods, bank transfer, or in person at the property.
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in: 12:00 PM onwards
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.
- No-show bookings or cancellations made after the check-in date will not be refunded.
Modifications: Changes to your booking (dates, room type, etc.) are subject to availability. Please contact our reservations team for assistance. Modifications may incur additional charges.
Identification: All guests must provide valid government-issued identification (e.g., Aadhar card, passport, or voter ID) at check-in for verification purposes.
Damage Policy: Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damage will be charged to the guest at the replacement cost.
Pets: We regret to inform that pets are not allowed at Tapovan Cottage for the comfort and safety of all our guests.
Special Requests: Any special requests (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, extra bed, etc.) should be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Force Majeure: Tapovan Cottage is not responsible for any cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.
